Could you run a feature film shoot in April & May? We are looking for a 1st AD, 2nd AD and production co-ordinator for ambitious feature film 'Looking Over The Dragon' filming in Kent, Sussex & London for almost 2 months; starting early April with preproduction in March.
Check out the film website for full information about our award winning team plus imagery from scenes shot so far: www.lookingoverthedragon.co.uk We are an ambitious team of young film-makers who believe in striving for high quality film-making that actually gets seen. Our previous film had 17 million viewers! We are also backed by the biggest post studio in Europe.
We are looking for a considerable time commitment to the shoot, starting pre-production activities immediately. We will consider splitting into two units for April & May so if you can only commit to one of those months, please do still get in touch. This will be a fun, and ambitious shoot for someone who's capable of organising large teams of people (40+). Considering the time commitment, this would probably suit someone who has run short films but not yet a feature of this complexity. I don't need say it'll be hard work, but a very rewarding experience as well working with a professional team. We have been preparing this project for over a year and now have final shoot dates & cast locked & elements in place.
This is a uniquely a 100% volunteer production, everyone on the team is collaborating for the love of what we do and the budget is low. However we are running a profit share scheme, which ensures everyone will be fairly rewarded for their contribution should the film be a commercial success. The usual DVD, premiere, IMdB credit also provided and there is a travel, accommodation & food budget.
If you can handle the responsibility of organising a big feature film project, please check out the project & team on the links below and send your CV, experience, where you are located
We look forward to hearing from you!
