The Mission organisers invite you to join us for the premier night and after party at The New Theatre Royal, Portsmouth on Sunday 14th November 2010

The challenge again opens its doors to professional, independent and amateur filmmakers. Anyone can take part all you need is the willingness to put yourself through 48 hours of mayhem. Its rock and roll filmmaking, its the Sex Pistols meets the Oscars!

We are limited to 25 teams and places will be given on a first come, first served basis. A reserve list will be held and all five teams on last years reserve list were entered in the challenge.

How to enter Dvmission
To enter the 2010 Challenge please follow the steps below:

1) go to www.dvmission.co.uk and read the rules

2) download an application form

3) sign up to the Dvmission web site: www.dvmission.co.uk

4) start a group with the name of your team (include a description of your team and whether you are Pro-Tech or Lo-Tech)

5) send the application form to Jinx Prowse (Mission Director) info@blue-rooms.com before 10th October 2010

Dvmission 2010 48hour Film Challenge

Applications are now being accepted for the fifth annual Dvmission 48hr Film Challenge.

What is Dvmission
At 7:00pm Friday night 12th November 2010 participating teams are given three obstructions; a 'film title', 'genre' and 'one line of dialogue'. Each team then has 48 hours to get their 2 minute film back to us ready for the judges to view for 4:00pm Sunday night 14th November 2010. The challenge ends when the theatre doors open at 7pm for the premier night.

Friday 12th November – Sunday 14th November 2010

Where is Dvmission
The challenge is based in Portsmouth, UK. However we accept entries from anywhere in the world just as long as you can be at the premier on Sunday night. The obstructions can be emailed or phoned to you if you can't be at the start line.

What does it cost to enter Dvmission
It is free and you get 10 tickets per team to the premier night along with the opportunity to win a coveted 'Pompy Oscar' along with other prizes!
