We are looking for a semi-experienced and enthusiastic editor (and colourist if possible) to edit our 10 minute short based on a reworking of Hansel and Gretel.
A re-imagining of the classic Brothers Grimm Tale, Hansel and Gretel. Set in a surrealist, modern yet somehow timeless world with minimal dialogue and heavy focus on the intriguing visuals of the fairy tale.
Someone based in or near to London or Bucks would be ideal. We could work around you but would like to start asap.
The film was shot on a really tight budget so we are unable to offer daily rates but we may be able to negotiate a small fee for the overall process and use of equipment.
We have experience in the film, television and theatre industries and are highly competent and ambitious. We want to produce a high quality short to showcase at festivals and to interested parties, and we are also looking to build strong relationships with crew members for future, bigger budget projects.
