Experienced screenwriter for short documentary - PAID

We are looking for an experienced screenwriter to edit/polish a script for a short documentary. The documentary is looking at the global economic and environmental situation and some possible emerging solutions from new technologies and developments in social media. A bare bones of the script exists and this would need to be edited / rewritten to make it punchier/add humour. We have a smallish budget for this.
