SquabbleBox.co.uk is a relatively new entertainment site, covering movies, music, TV, video games and comics. We are beginning to gain a following, with thousands of hits daily. Soon we will be moving into videos and podcasts as we near our one year anniversary. This will only drive our page count further.
We are looking for new writers to contribute editorials and news stories. Naturally this will be unpaid, and we're not making any money either. This will be for the passion and the experience, with the added benefit of knowing your work will be read. We also hope to be able to pay contributors in the future, as profit is the ultimate goal. You will also be considered for employment on our video projects.
Writers should have a good knowledge of their chosen field and be confident in their ability. We are searching for the following:
- Movie Critics
Contribute reviews of the latest releases, as well as writing pieces on classic and cult films.
- Game Critics
Write about gaming greats, the latest titles etc.
- Music Critics
New releases, classic albums or gig reviews wanted.
- TV Critics
Want to review your favourite shows or do a marathon of episodes for a particular cult hit?
- Comic Book Critics
Read comic books and love writing about them? Get in touch!
- News Editors Across All Topics
Want to contribute but don't have a lot of time to spare? We're also looking for people to submit news stories for us.
