Hello

I would like to find a general terms and conditions clause for selling a film through paypal on a website?

Also, I would like it to include something along the lines of
"You cannot copy, resell or show the film without prior permission.."
That kind of thing as well as the general selling terms and conditions.
Anyone know where I can find this?
