If you know you are an inspired, talented comedy writer, then I'm looking for you. I'm a 2D animator with professional illustration, cartoon and writing background and looking for that rare writer that actually writes original funny lines and imaginative short stories to create together some brilliant animations. If you got that comedy writing talent then we can make the most exiting stuff! The synergy of the talent of the two of us is what I'm counting on.
If you want your/our writing to be turned into film, then this is your chance. I can create anything, but I don't like fantasy (creatures, elves etc) nor science fiction in space. Think more "Asterix" adventure style, in any time of history. Location comedy like Dr. Martin is also an option. I already got loads of ideas to start from, so let's see what we can make together.
Needless to say this is not a paid opportunity atm, but if our work turns out to be the right thing, it can go anywhere. It doesn't have to take much time, as I think with one or two brainstorm sessions we will have enough material to work on. What I'm looking for is the same dedicated (!) person who has the same ambition to make something really, really good!
Location is not essential as we can work with Skype, but if you are living in the West London area, that would be a benefit.
